Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

2. Personal Information and Application of Privacy Statement
This privacy statement provides users of BIPTrack.com (the "Site") and the BIPTrack service ("BIPTrack" or the "Service") provided by Dactyl Technologies, LLC., and its affiliates (collectively, "Dactyl Technologies" or "we" or "us") with information about how BIPTrack collects, uses and discloses personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual that has registered to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Statement. Remember that your use of BIPTrack is at all times subject to the Terms of Use, which incorporates this Privacy Statement. Any terms we use here without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use. This Site and the Service contain links to other web sites operated by third parties. BIPTrack has no control over, and is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of such third party web sites, and this Privacy Statement does not apply to those web sites. By clicking on third party links you expressly relieve BIPTrack from any and all liability arising from your use of such third party sites.

3. Information That BIPTrack Collects
We receive and store any information you knowingly enter on BIPTrack, whether via computer, mobile phone, other wireless device, or that you provide to us in any other way. This information may include, without limitation, Personal Information such as your name, user name, email address, profile picture (when enabled), business/school affiliation and location, and any other information necessary for us to provide our Service. User data is encrypted for security purposes.

We also receive and store certain types of usage information whenever you interact with the Service; this information is not Personal Information. For example, BIPTrack automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. We also record the details of your activity on the Service, and the number and frequency of visitors to our site and its components.

4. How BIPTrack Uses My Information
In order to create an account, BIPTrack requires that all users login with a userID and/or an email address and password, which is stored on the site.

When you use the Service, you may set up your personal profile, post content, participate in discussions, and transmit information through various channels as permitted by the functionality of the Service. The information we gather from users enables us to personalize and improve our services, and allows users to set up a user account and profile through the Service.

The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes as responding to your requests for certain information and services, customizing your experience, and communicating with you about the Service.

For subscribers who login as a representative of a business, school or district, or as a teacher or parent, we may send you email communications. Web beacons may also be used in some of our emails to let us know which emails (and which links within those emails) have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications. To opt out of receiving emails from us, simply modify your notification preferences at the bottom of the email.

BIPTrack also collects and analyzes data on how the service is used in the aggregate (how groups of people use BIPTrack) for the purpose of improving and enhancing its service. For example, BIPTrack might learn that certain behavior trackables or skill acquisition programs receive a great deal of use, which might influence how this aspect of the service is delivered in the future. BIPTrack does not analyze information on how particular individuals use the service as part of general reporting procedures or in the usual course of business. However, information on individual usage of the system, including but not limited to individual IP addresses, may be analyzed on a case-specific basis to resolve a technical difficulty or to assist in resolving or investigating any misuse of the service; also, such individual usage information may be furnished to your business or school if your business or school requests such information to assist in the investigation of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity or any other use of BIPTrack that violates your business or school's rules or policies. We may also share de-identified and/or aggregated data with others for academic research purposes. This sharing is for the purposes of understanding how the tracking, analysis and reporting of data can be improved.

These information collection, management, and disclosure practices apply to behavioral therapists, paraprofessionals, parents, teachers, administrators, and clients. If you are a behavior analyst, you agree that this is acceptable for you as well as any of your collaborators that use BIPTrack.

BIPTrack does not share, sell, rent or trade personal information with third parties other than as disclosed within this privacy statement.

We reserve the right to disclose your or your client's personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

BIPTrack retains personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as required to comply with business and legal requirements. The length of time BIPTrack retains personal information varies and may extend beyond the end of the individual's relationship with BIPTrack.

5. Internet Privacy and Security
BIPTrack and your business or school work together to protect the online privacy of all team members that use BIPTrack, including behavioral analysts, behavioral therapists, paraprofessionals, aides, clients, parents, teachers, and administrators. BIPTrack information collection, security, and privacy policies have been authorized by your business or school, and BIPTrack strives to manage your business or school's client content in a secure manner. For example, BIPTrack uses industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to transfer private, personal information, the same technology used by online banks. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and BIPTrack cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information managed by the site, whether transmitted to BIPTrack by you, your business/school, or collaborating teachers, parents, or other client collaborators. By agreeing to BIPTrack's Privacy Statement and Terms of Use, you agree to use BIPTrack at your own risk, and agree that BIPTrack shall not be liable if a security breach occurs, if the site malfunctions, or if information is misused or mismanaged in any way to your detriment or the detriment of a third party, whether by BIPTrack, your business/school, collaborating teachers, or an unauthorized third party.

6. Amendment of BIPTrack' Practices and This Statement
BIPTrack will from time to time review and revise its privacy practices and this Privacy Statement. Policy changes will apply to the information collected from the date of the revised Privacy Statement as well as to existing information held by BIPTrack. Please refer to the BIPTrack.com website for the most current version of our Privacy Statement.

7. California Residents
Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, also known as the "Shine the Light Law, "any of our users who are California residents are entitled to request and receive once a year, free of charge, a notice from us describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of information shared, the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, and their names and addresses. Currently, BIPTrack does not share any personal customer information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like a copy of the notice that the law requires, please submit a written request to the following address: contact_us@BIPTrack.com. In your request, please specify that you want a "California Privacy Rights Notice." Please allow thirty days for a response.
